Marinate the Duck in the Sweet Chilli and Soy Sauce

Heat the BBQ to medium.
03.
Cook the breasts skin side down on the char grill until browned, approx 2-3 minutes.
04.
Turn the breasts over and cook for approx 5 minutes for a medium rare duck breast, or a few minutes longer if a darker meat is preferred.
05.
Remove the breasts from BBQ and rest for 2-3 minutes.
06.
Slice on an angle and serve.
