Delivery method is Australia Post E Parcel with tracking & signature, delivery times are usually 2 - 7 business days.The delivery times provided are estimates only.
All orders are processed during business hours (9am-5.30pm) Monday to Friday Only (excluding public holidays). There are no weekend deliveries. Most orders will be processed within 24/48hrs of being received (during business hours). However due to stock being held in different locations, some orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of being received.
Returns
In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange of product.
We are not able to accept the return of used goods & require all tags, labels & packaging to be intact.
We highly recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
We do not cover return postage costs.
