Shipping and Delivery
- Items will be sent to the shipping address you provide when placing your order. PO boxes are not allowed as delivery addresses due to size limitations, signature requirements, and carrier policies. Due to the security and liability restrictions of our Standard Delivery couriers, we only offer curbside delivery and the customer is responsible for bringing any of such merchandise into their home. We recommend that you have someone available to help you carry the items into your home, unpack and install your furniture.

Warranty and Returns

- If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, you may return the item(s) and are entitled to a full refund, minus shipping, handling charges, and insurance costs, from and to Room Life, within 14 days.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all hardware, fixtures, and accessories, and must not be used or altered in any way.
