Shipping Policy
Random Harvest Gourmet offers Australia-wide delivery. We dispatch Monday ā Friday from our
Sydney warehouse, and our delivery network operates from Monday-Friday through Australia Post
and courier partners. We require a street address for all deliveries.
Delivery estimates can vary due to delivery network congestion, unforeseen delays or peak
holiday times such as Christmas. We are unable to guarantee a delivery date due to Australia
Post and courier networks not offering delivery guarantees at this time however the following
estimates should help:
- 1 - 5 working days for delivery to the capital city in VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD
- 5 - 7 working days for delivery to the capital city in SA and TAS
- 7 - 8 working days for delivery to the capital city in WA and NT
For regional delivery please add 1-2 business days to metro estimates.
Acceptance Of Delivery
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Random Harvest to
be authorised to receive the products.
In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, our carrier will leave a card
outlining details for collection.
Please note that the risk for loss or damaged product passes to the customer upon delivery of
the product(s) by the courier.
Delivery Problems
If the expected delivery time has passed and you believe there is a problem with your order,
please contact Customer Service.
If a product has been damaged during delivery, or there is any other problem with your order,
please contact Customer Service and a solution will be provided. Your satisfaction is always our
first priority.
Returns and Refund
Damaged & Faulty Products
Quality and perfection is at the heart of Random Harvest. Our gourmet hampers are world-class
however we do realise that accidents can happen during transit.
If you receive a faulty product, damaged product or have issues with your gift hamper, please
reach out immediately so we can rectify the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund or credit depending on the nature of the fault or breakage.
Cancellations & Change of Mind
We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind due to the perishable nature of food products.
If an order has already been processed and is with our delivery partners we are unable to modify
or cancel orders even if they are yet to be delivered to their destination.
