Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 3-10 business days subjected to locations within Australia. Please be aware that parcel handling times are at the discretion of the carrier once the parcel has been shipped and deliveries outside metropolitan areas may take longer.
This service may require your signature when parcel is delivered. If you miss delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card to collect parcel at the nearest post office.
Returns
All our product comes with 12-month warranty, against product defects and where this is expressly advised in the product listing.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All warranty claims must be directed through customerservice@abmglobal.co
In order to make a claim, please provide the customer service team with:
- Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable.
- Your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase;
- Any other details we may need to process your claim
If you are entitled to make a claim under this warranty, our customer service will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense (either you will be reimbursed for standard postage or, for larger items, we will organize a courier to retrieve the items). Unless otherwise provided by law, you will bear any other costs incurred in making a claim under this warranty.
Where goods are damaged or defective upon delivery, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund. A claim for refund must be made immediately upon inspection of any such damage. Claims for warranty or replacement must be made within 7 days of receipt the goods.
You must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address when making a claim under this warranty.
We cannot accept returns that have not been authorized through the process outlined in these terms and conditions or that have been opened, used, altered or are not in original unused condition. Change of mind returns are typically not accepted but are considered on case by case basis. Return to sender products are applicable to nominal restocking fees which will be deducted prior to refund. We reserve the right to make changes to our change of mind policy without notice.
