Shipping and Delivery Policy
- All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
- We will be using Australia Post, Startrack or Mainfreight and you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Exchange and Returns
- All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items without contacting us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
- The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
- Change of mind purchase will incur 15% fee to online payment facilities and charge back of postage. Return item is UNUSED, in its ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
- If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you are eligible to return the item for a refund or a replacement.
- Claims for return of damaged items must be advised within 30 days from the time you receive your item(s). Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt and take photos of the damage for assessment
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
