All parcels are despatched from Melbourne, Australia.
We endeavour to despatch orders within two business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-6 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase.
For more urgent deliveries, please contact us via Barbeques Galore messages and we will help you to make it happen.
We suggest delivery direct to your home or workplace as goods are required to be signed for.
In the event that our carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse. In the event that this occurs any additional freight charges will be incurred to resend your parcel.
Delivery lead times are estimated as accurately as possible. We will not be held liable for third party delays including but not limited to carrier delays, natural weather events, peak freight periods, country's customers (export/import) clearance requirements etc. No compensation will be paid in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded.
Alcoholic products are offered and supplied by Carlton United Breweries, Liquor Licence No. 57708780. Please note, this product cannot be delivered to Dry Zones & PO boxes. Carlton United Breweries supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Warning - Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $17,000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (penalty exceeds $700). Refunds and Returns
YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND OF PURCHASE price
You may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law for items you purchase from CUB if the item is:
- faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase;
- significantly different from the photo or description on the website;
- substantially not fit for its purpose (meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would), and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
- unsafe,
AND you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide CUB with proof of purchase, such as your original invoice or bank statement. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item within a reasonable time (or, at our discretion, replace or refund the item).
Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, CUB will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.
For a returns, please send us a Barbeques Galore message with all details of the item, any photos of faults and reason for return. Change of mind purchases must be covered by the consumer and any faulty items will have return shipping refunded.
Change of Mind
Please choose carefully when placing your order. Under our own 'Change of Mind Policy', if you simply change your mind we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange equivalent to the purchase price for most items provided that:
- you return the item within 30 days from the date you receive delivery
- the item is in its original condition; and
- all original labels, sealed packaging and tickets are attached to the item; and
- you provide an original tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
- discounted merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.
