  5. The competitor must not be a marketplace such as eBay or Amazon.
  6. Barbeques Galore ‘Online only’ products are not subject to the policy.

2. Price Validation:

  1. Price matching requires valid and verifiable proof of the lower price. Accepted forms of validation include:
    1. A link to the competitor's website displaying the lower price.
    2. A printed advertisement or flyer clearly indicating the lower price, with dates on the material included.

3. Exclusions:

  1. Clearance, closeout, liquidation, and flash sale prices are excluded from our Price Match Policy.
  2. Prices offered on auction websites, marketplaces, or third-party seller platforms like eBay or Amazon are excluded.
  3. Prices that are the result of typographical errors, misprints, or other similar errors are excluded.
  4. Discounts, coupons, promotional codes, or other special offers from the competitor are not eligible for price matching.
  5. Our Price Match Policy cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

4. Process:

  1. To request a price match, please contact our customer service team via email or through our online contact form. Provide the necessary details, including the competitor's name, the product name, and a link or proof of the lower price.
  2. Our customer service team will review the information provided and determine if the request meets all the eligibility criteria.
  3. If the request is approved, we will adjust the price of the product in question to match the competitor's price.
  4. Price matches can only be requested prior to completing your purchase. We cannot retroactively apply price matches after a purchase has been made.

a. For Online Stores:

  1. To request a price match, please contact our customer service team via email or through our online contact form. Provide the necessary details, including the competitor's name, the product name, and a link or proof of the lower price.
  2. Our customer service team will review the information provided and determine if the request meets all the eligibility criteria.
  3. If the request is approved, we will adjust the price of the product in question to match the competitor's price.
  4. Price matches can only be requested prior to completing your online purchase. We cannot retroactively apply price matches after a purchase has been made.
  5. The adjusted price will be reflected in your final checkout total.

b. For In-Store Purchases:

  1. To request a price match for an in-store purchase, please visit our store location with the necessary details, including the competitor's name, the product name, and a printed advertisement, flyer, or a valid screenshot clearly indicating the lower price.
  2. Our store staff will review the information provided and determine if the request meets all the eligibility criteria.
  3. If the request is approved, we will adjust the price of the product in question at the point of sale to match the competitor's price.
  4. In-store price matches can only be requested at the time of purchase. We cannot retroactively apply price matches after a purchase has been made.

5. Discretion:

  1. We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
