Working side-by-side with your analogue hood thermometer, these digital readings help you fine-tune your temperature control—especially helpful for roasting and smoking. While the integrated Exhaust Gas Probe hints at where your hood temperature is heading, the analogue thermometer shows you the exact, current temperature. By comparing both, you can easily tell if you should dial the heat up or down to keep your barbeque cooking just the way you want it.
