The griddle side is fantastic for low-fat grilling of sausages and chops thanks to the clever design that allows any excess oil to drain away, preventing potential flare ups; and is also great for fish, veggies or even fruit.

Use on its own with 2 standard side grills or team it up with one optional side hotplate for greater hotplate capacity.
