Suggestion: Slow Roasted Lamb. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place 1.4kg leg of lamb in a roasting tray and rub with 2 tbs Roasted Garlic, Rosemary & Sea Salt Spice Blend and 2 tbs olive oil. Pour 1 cup water around the lamb and roast for 1 hour. Remove roast from oven, add another cup of water, cover lamb with foil, return to oven and cook for 1 more hour. Remove foil and cook for 30 minutes.
