A favourite with U.S. competition teams, this rub is perfect for steak, brisket and anything in the bovine family. Bovine Bold is also great for sesaoning minced, tacos, shepherd’s pie, bolognese and of course Bolognese sauce
Tip: When sweet and simple just won’t do, shake a little of this special blend with worcestershire powder, oregano, smoked chiles, and a hint of cinnamon on your steak or brisket.
Ingredients: salt, brown sugar, spices including chili pepper, paprika, dehydrated garlic and onion, worcestershire sauce [vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel, colour, (contains sulphites), garlic, sucrose, spices, tamarind, natural flavour, maltodextrine], celery seed, sugar, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, turmeric (colour), extractives of paprika (colour) and not more than 2% calcium stearate added to prevent caking.
