Like all MiGoals notebooks, it offers guidance on how to maximize its utility and effectiveness. The journal contains 224 pages, including sections for purpose and vision planning, as well as notes pages dedicated to 10 short-term, 10 medium-term, and 5 long-term goals. Each goal entry includes space to specify the type of goal, provide a description (including what, why, when, and how), outline key milestones, list actions required to achieve the goal, identify the reward for reaching the goal, and describe the outcome post-attainment. Additionally, each journal contains extra notes pages to jot down ideas and sources of inspiration. Founded in Melbourne, Australia in 2010, MiGoals originated from Adam Jelic's desire to create a product that could effectively assist him in tracking his goals, tasks, and daily schedule in one convenient location. Collaborating with his friend, Alec Kach, they developed the MiGoals brand and have since expanded their product range to help individuals stay organized and focused on their objectives.
