It has a layer of aluminium for fast heat conduction between two layers of stainless steel for even cooking and heat retention. And the cooking surface is laser etched to a create a raised steel matrix and filled with a non-stick diamond infused coating. This raised steel matrix contacts your food to brown, sear and caramelise it with ease.
