Turn on the burner directly under the hotplate and wai a few minutes for the plate to heat up. Once the hotplate is ready, fry off the mince beef with the paparika, until golden brown and a little crispy. Set aside.

Place a pan on the centre trivet and turn the centre burner on high. Sweat down the onion and garlic, once cooked add the black beans, the sauces and beef, and cook out for a further 15 minutes. Set aside.

Place the pizza stone on top of the trivet. Using all the burners on high and the hood closed, preheat your BBQ to 200 degrees. Switch the centre burner off once the temperature is reached.

Spread the base with the sauce mixture, and top it with cheese, tomato and avacado.Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil

Cook on the stone with the hood closed for around 15 minutes until the cheese melts and the base is crispy
