Method

Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact.

Combine dukkah, oil, garlic and rind in large bowl, add prawns; toss to coat in dukkah mixture.

Thread prawns onto eight bamboo skewers. Cook skewers on heated oiled barbecue until prawns change colour.
