Australia Post eParcel (2 – 12 days)

When it comes to items of varying size and weight, our partnership with Australia Post's eParcel service ensures a seamless experience. With the added convenience of tracking update notifications, you'll have full visibility into the progress of your delivery. In the event you're not available to receive the package, Australia Post will notify you of an alternative pickup location, such as a nearby post office or an Australia Post collection hub.

Delivery to Remote Locations in Australia

We want to ensure that customers in even the most remote areas of Australia can enjoy our services. However, please note that some locations, such as Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy, and others requiring unique transportation methods, may present challenges for our national courier networks. In such cases, door-to-door services may not be possible. Nevertheless, we'll make every effort to accommodate your needs by either applying surcharges to standard rates if delivery is feasible, or arranging delivery to local depots or Australia Post offices for your convenience.

Express Delivery

For those seeking the ultimate speed and efficiency, our Express Delivery option awaits. Depending on the size and type of the item, you may have the opportunity to choose this swift delivery service during checkout. Once your item(s) are picked up for delivery, you'll receive timely tracking notifications from our dedicated delivery partner, ensuring you're well-informed throughout the process.

AusPost Express Post

The delivery time for express post is approximately 1-2 business days( it may be longer if outside of the metropolitan areas).

Premium Delivery

Confirmation and Planning

Our reliable delivery partners will contact you the business day before your scheduled delivery to confirm all the necessary details and timing. They will ask a few questions to ensure a smooth delivery process tailored to your needs.

Delivery Day

On the requested delivery day (excluding Sundays), you will receive a text message or call by 6 pm with a convenient 2-hour delivery window. Additionally, the delivery driver will give you a heads-up 30-45 minutes before reaching your place.

Convenient Drop-off

With Premium Delivery, our driver will place the items in the best accessible location for you. This saves you the trouble of moving heavy BBQs and ensures a seamless delivery experience.

Important Notes to Consider:

  • Availability: Premium Delivery is currently available only in selected metropolitan areas.
  • Limited to Bulky Goods: This service is exclusively available for bulky items, such as heavy BBQs, Outdoor Furniture.
  • Exclusions: Premium Delivery does not include the installation of new gas fittings or plumbing.
  • Additional Fees: If there are challenging site conditions or significant differences from the initially described conditions, there may be additional delivery fees.
  • Safety First: In rare cases where our delivery team identifies unsafe or hazardous conditions upon arrival, alternative delivery arrangements may be necessary.
  • Instructional Support: Our delivery partners are unable to provide demonstrations on how to use the purchased goods. Please refer to the instructions provided with your purchase for guidance.
