Barbeques Galore is committed to a sustainable future by meeting and exceeding regulatory obligations and the expectations of internal and external stakeholders, including team members, shareholders, customers, and the wider community.

We are developing a roadmap to continually reduce our impact on the environment for 2023 and beyond. Here are some of the initiatives we currently have in place:

• All timber furniture is FSC certified
• A new tree is planted for every timber furniture setting sold through the Trees 4 Trees initiative
• Landcare contribution is made for every wood heater sold
• We are a member of The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation and are committed to reducing unnecessary and problematic packaging waste in line with the 2025 National Packaging Targets
• Our products are built to last, reducing unnecessary waste. This is supported by spare parts and warranties that maximises the lifetime of our products
• Independent factory audits to ensure our products are made ethically and responsibly.
