- Our ‘Employee of the Month’ and ‘Employee of the Year’ programs in both our Support Office / Stores recognises and rewards those who go above and beyond their regular duties.

Being in the barbeque business it’s safe to say that we do throw a few barbeques throughout the year, as we love bringing our employees together to reflect on the hard work that we do. We also have our Annual Conference where both Store and Franchise employees as well as Suppliers get together for a fun few days reviewing and testing our latest products and eating a lot of yummy food! Our Stores and Support office both celebrate the end of year festivities with their respective teams to celebrate their achievements reached throughout the year. There are a number of other events held throughout the year which brings teams together for a bit of fun.
