Pre-heat the bbq to 200 degrees, once at temperature turn down to LOW until ready to cook

Mix the shallots, pickles, capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil together in a bowl.

Turn your grill on max and open the hood, season the beef patty and lightly oil it, slap it on the grill and grill for 5-8 minutes flipping half way through
04.
Lightly oil the cut edges of the bun and grill for a few seconds on the grill to toast it up
05.
Place the cheese slices on to the meat while it’s resting so that it melts a bit.
06.
Place the patty with cheese on the bun, top with a helping of the relish, a squirt of tomato and mustard sauce and complete the burger by placing the last half of the bun on top. Enjoy
