Method

To make the tamari and ginger sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Using the Ziegler & Brown Triple Grill, remove the centre grill and replace with the optional trivet with the side stamped WOKS AND POTS face up.

Turn on the centre burner and heat the oil or fat in a wok or large frying pan over high heat.

Working in batches, sauté the beef until just brown (about 1 minute). Transfer to a plate.

Add more oil to the pan if necessary. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until just turning brown.

Add the rest of the vegetables and stir-fry for a minute or so until they reach your preferred level of crunch.

Return the beef to the pan.
08.
Pour in the tamari and ginger sauce, mix everything together and cook for 1 minute.
09.
Season with salt and pepper and mix in the coriander.
10.
Divide the noodles between four serving bowls and spoon over the stir-fry.
